It has a wonderful Avanyu (water serpent) design in black on black.

The plate measures 6 3/8" in diameter and is 1" high.

A signed collaboration between Maria Martinez and her son, Popovi Da.
Collaborations between Maria and her son from and after 1956 were regarded
as some of her finest work.
